How do I schedule a session?

Please call or email Allison to schedule your in studio consultation. There you can pick a date and time you’d like to do your session.

Why is a consultation required? I already know I want to book!

Our consultations are required so that we can personally customize your shoot. We will plan your dream shoot ahead of time and design a set around it. Sometimes we like to track down special props and accessories to make the most of your theme. This is important to us to ensure the highest quality experience to all of our clients.

I need my photos by a certain date, When should I schedule my session?

We encourage all clients to give themselves as much time as possible before their desired delivery date. We reccomend you book your photo shoot at least one month before your special date. For instance, if you are looking to give your photos as a gift on Valentines Day (Feb 14th), you will want to book your session on or before the 14th of January in order to ensure your photos arrive on time. The more time, the better! So plan ahead! We can not guarantee photos will be delivered by your desired date if you book your session less than 30 days beforehand.

Is there a deposit?

All sessions have a %30 non-refundable deposit that is to be paid at the time of booking. Your session is not put into our calendar until the deposit is paid.

What if I am really nervous?

Don’t worry about being nervous, everyone is! It usually takes a little while to get warmed up, but we’ll make you feel as comfortable as possible. Once you’ve seen how awesome you look after your makeover, you’ll be excited to show it off. Everyone leaves the studio telling us how much fun they had.

Who will be in the studio while I am having my photos taken?

We have an all female staff that includes the photographer, hair/makeup artist, and an assistant. We do not allow any males in the studio during a makeover session.

Can I bring a friend?

You can bring a friend, but we strongly advise against bringing a significant other to your shoot. A partner tends to make you more nervous and your photo session may not be as amazing as it could be if you are worried what someone else thinks while you are posing.

How much skin do I have to show?

You can show as little or as much skin as you are comfortable with. We customize each shoot to your specifications.

What do I need to bring?

Exact items you need to bring will be discussed in your pre-shoot consultation. We usually ask that you bring several different pairs of shoes and any props that you wish to use. We do not provide intimates, so any underwear, bras, and hosiery must be brought with you. We will discuss all this when we sit down to design your personal photo shoot.

Do you supply costumes?

We have a closet with a variety of costumes, lingerie, wigs, props, and jewelry. When you come in for your pre-shoot consultation, you can try on these items and pick one you like. You are welcome to bring your own clothing if you do not find anything you like in our closet.

What is included in the Full Makeover?

Your full makeover includes full makeup application, basic hair styling, and wardrobe styling. Elaborate vintage hairstyling can be added on to your session for a small fee. We do our best to fit the makeover to your specifications.

What is included in the Mini Makeover?

The mini makeover includes eye makeup and lipstick only. So customers are encouraged to arrive with their foundation and concealer already applied. There is no hairstyling included in the Mini Makeover.

Will my images be retouched?

All images that are included in the package you’ve chosen will be retouched before they are delivered to you. If you choose to order additional images, those will also be retouched after they are ordered. If you have any specific retouching requests, please let us know before the shoot. We can do as little or as much retouching as you’d prefer.

How long do I have to wait to see my images?

Within a week after your session, you will make an appointment to come back to the studio to view your proofs and make final decisions on photo products.

How long will it take for my photos to be retouched and sent?

The time of delivery depends on the number of photos and type of product you’ve chosen. We will be able to give you more detailed information when you’ve chosen a package.

I would like to add more prints/an album/other products to my package, can I add / buy more?

Of course! We offer discounts for products and prints ordered either before the session or during your private post-session viewing.

What will you do with my images?

Our favorite images will be posted on our blog and in the website gallery. Some of them may be used to promotional materials such as magazine ads. We never post anything distasteful or embarrassing.

Can I request to keep my images private?

When booking, you will have the option to tell us if you want your images to be completely private. If you choose this, we will not post your photos on the website or blog, and we will not use them in any marketing materials.

Where is the studio located?

We are located in historic Holly Springs, GA. It is just north of Woodstock, about 40 minutes from midtown Atlanta. Contact us for directions.
